Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?

No, we can buy them for you. However, if you already have a domain name and/or hosting account we can take them over.

I'd like you to design my website with Porpos, what is the process?

If you would like to use our services all you need to do is inform us of the domain name you would like to use and send us a brief idea of your requirements. Please use our contact form. We will then purchase the domain and hosting package if you don’t have them, and then based on your guidance, design an initial web page for you. This is then refined/changed in consultation with the client until a satisfactory design has been reached. We will then need you to forward content and images for your site and start to design the website for you.

Will we need to have a meeting?

In the majority of cases a meeting isn’t necessary and 99% of our sites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only. However, if you would prefer to meet us in person we would be delighted to set up an appointment.

How long does it take for a design to be completed?

The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavor to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

How much will it cost?

The cost of a website varies, depending upon several factors: type of site you require, number of pages, content, images, and graphics. Each project is treated individually, to get an accurate calculation please fill out the contact form.

How do I get listed in Google?

What is Search Engine Optimization?

All web pages should be “optimized”. This will enable your site to gain a high search engine ranking, it revolves around the meta tags on your web pages, a web page that isn’t optimized won’t appear in the search engines to any great degree. What after-sales support do you offer?

After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Porpos also have plans that cover: social media needs, website updates, security, keyword research, on-page SEO, SEO error tracking, webmaster tools, sitemap submissions, meta tag optimization, image optimization, database optimization, etc.
